Staff and partners must maintain accurate records, respect confidentiality, avoid discriminatory or unlawful processing, and use only approved workflows when reviewing, forwarding, exporting, or discussing candidate data.

When handling documents, reports, notes, or stage decisions, users must apply least-privilege practices and retrieve only the information necessary for the current task.

DomestiCare may remove content, disable features, or restrict accounts when content integrity, security, or legal compliance concerns arise.

8. Recommendations, Chatbot, and Workflow Limitations

Human review remains necessary. Employers, administrators, operational staff, and public authorities may still require independent verification, interviews, documentary review, medical clearance, visa processing, or other evaluation steps.

DomestiCare may improve or recalibrate model-assisted features over time, and outputs may change as data, thresholds, or workflow rules evolve.
